Thanksgiving

Our Family
CALEB'S FIRST THANKSGIVING

We took Caleb out on the screen porch at MawMaw and PawPaw's. He loves outside. Here he is looking out at the grass, trees, and cars.

Aunt Mandy held Caleb while he watched his cousins play with a remote control car. He was enthralled!

After having lunch at MawMaw and PawPaw's, we went to B and Bo-Pop's house for dinner.

Thanksgiving - a time to reflect and give thanks
While 2010 has been a year of many challenges for my family, we are full of thanks to the Lord for the many ways he blesses us with his mercy and grace. We are most thankful for the gift of salvation that we have in Christ, for without Jesus, we would have no hope. We have faced many trials and storms, but we can truly be thankful for these as well for the Lord never allows anything in our lives that is not for His glory and for our good. In all things, the Lord has a purpose and while His purpose is being fulfilled, we are being transformed into His likeness.
It is our prayer that we show the Lord our gratitude by living a life abandoned to Him.
For it's not our life to live, but His!
